			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>there are moments in your life that when you desire something you could not depend upon anyone else&#8217;s advice. you do not want to be influenced by their advice even if their advice is well intentioned. by not soliciting their advice you may keep a friend because you will not blame them, consciously or subconsciously, for a failure. so how can you find the best solution to your problem by yourself? my method is to use meditation.</p>
<p>perhaps you are wondering how to meditate so that you may get the results you desire from your meditation session. you must know that answers are not always simple or complete but using meditation can be of great help in finding the answers you seek. you must first enter into meditation with the understanding that it is not a magic solution to your problems but a gateway to improving your self and clearing your mind.</p>
<p>to meditate effectively you must first remove any source of distraction. if you do not remove the distractions you will find yourself unable to adequately analyze your thoughts and feels. you should turn off the tv, phone or anything else that will distract your mind.</p>
<p>next you will want to begin your meditation session by asking yourself a series of questions that will help you determine the direction you want to take. these should be high level questions that gradually narrow down toward a solution. if a certain decision or question is the primary one you are worried about just allow all of your questions to be related to that single decision point. you must concentrate and be sincere in your meditation.</p>
<p>write down the answers you arrive at during your meditation session. take some time to relax and go over the answers you have arrived at during your session. write down the ones you think will be most helpful to you and post them on your wall where you will see them all the time.</p>
<p>these simple steps will help you improve your life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>once self esteem is achieved a woman will gain a sense of personal validation and experience joy.  the flipside is that a woman with low self esteem does not feel good about herself. this is because she absorbed so much negative energy from bad relationships and culture in general. why does this happen?</p>
<p>the sad fact is that themes like youth, thinness and beauty that permeate our society doom many women to having low self esteem. this starts about age 12 for most women when our appearance becomes paramount. we are required it seems to join the beauty treadmill. we become diet fanatics. we buy cosmetics. in the end we end up not feeling good about ourselves. what can we do to break this cycle and improve our self esteem?</p>
<p>here is an easy way to begin. each day plan to do just one thing that improves your self esteem. it can be something physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual. it can be a simple task. but just taking the time to do it can make a lot of difference in your state of mind and build your self esteem.</p>
<p>remember little things will add up over time. the little thing build and build until you develop your self esteem. don&#8217;t worry, it will come with time. don&#8217;t give up because the results will be worth it in the end.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>our emotions dominate our actions although many people see showing your  emotions as a weakness. because mainstream society seems emotions in this  negative light people will find themselves suppressing their emotions, much to  the detriment of their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.</p>
<p>to begin to improve yourself you must practice using your emotions, even  negative ones, to positive effect. you must avoid placing negative emotions  ahead of your positive energy. you do not wish for a negative experience to ruin  any chance for emotional joy during your day. how might you face this complex  problem?</p>
<p>you may deal with the negative by finding a safe, joyful, place to rest your  emotions upon. find this happy place and relax your mind upon its soft pillow of  warm thoughts. understand that the negative emotion is part of you that you can  balance with a positive emotion. the yin and yang create a balance that can  leave you relaxed and unstressed.</p>
<p>the positive location for your thoughts can be a physical place or simply a  metal state you find. you must remember that there is always a balance so you  will need to use your enhanced emotional energy from the positive to encounter  the overwhelming negative emotions that you may have been feeling from before.  this small escape can allow you to cope more easily with the trials of everyday  life.</p>
