personal meditation

there are moments in your life that when you desire something you could not depend upon anyone else’s advice. you do not want to be influenced by their advice even if their advice is well intentioned. by not soliciting their advice you may keep a friend because you will not blame them, consciously or subconsciously, for a failure. so how can you find the best solution to your problem by yourself? my method is to use meditation.

perhaps you are wondering how to meditate so that you may get the results you desire from your meditation session. you must know that answers are not always simple or complete but using meditation can be of great help in finding the answers you seek. you must first enter into meditation with the understanding that it is not a magic solution to your problems but a gateway to improving your self and clearing your mind.

to meditate effectively you must first remove any source of distraction. if you do not remove the distractions you will find yourself unable to adequately analyze your thoughts and feels. you should turn off the tv, phone or anything else that will distract your mind.

next you will want to begin your meditation session by asking yourself a series of questions that will help you determine the direction you want to take. these should be high level questions that gradually narrow down toward a solution. if a certain decision or question is the primary one you are worried about just allow all of your questions to be related to that single decision point. you must concentrate and be sincere in your meditation.

write down the answers you arrive at during your meditation session. take some time to relax and go over the answers you have arrived at during your session. write down the ones you think will be most helpful to you and post them on your wall where you will see them all the time.

these simple steps will help you improve your life.
