our emotions dominate our actions although many people see showing your emotions as a weakness. because mainstream society seems emotions in this negative light people will find themselves suppressing their emotions, much to the detriment of their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
to begin to improve yourself you must practice using your emotions, even negative ones, to positive effect. you must avoid placing negative emotions ahead of your positive energy. you do not wish for a negative experience to ruin any chance for emotional joy during your day. how might you face this complex problem?
you may deal with the negative by finding a safe, joyful, place to rest your emotions upon. find this happy place and relax your mind upon its soft pillow of warm thoughts. understand that the negative emotion is part of you that you can balance with a positive emotion. the yin and yang create a balance that can leave you relaxed and unstressed.
the positive location for your thoughts can be a physical place or simply a metal state you find. you must remember that there is always a balance so you will need to use your enhanced emotional energy from the positive to encounter the overwhelming negative emotions that you may have been feeling from before. this small escape can allow you to cope more easily with the trials of everyday life.
