I like how this poem is more structured than some of you others. Don’t get me wrong, I like the stream of conciousness approach too but I can understand this poem better.

The way I look at it is that sometimes a gift is just a gift and isn’t always given with an ulterior movtive. But, then again, some people do give gifts in order to obligate you.

That’s always the difficult part of a relationship, the beginning. As a guy, you don’t want to overreach but you do want to reach out. It’s always good to get the view from the other side though because sometimes you feel like your the only one having conflicting emotions.

That’s one intense poem. I can feel your emotions come out in it. I guess that helps give you some release from the stress of a relationship gone bad.

I usually like to go shopping when I get stressed out. My credit card bills wouldn’t be so high if I wrote poetry instead!
